Access to our database is strictly limited to authorized personnel and is monitored 24/7 for unauthorized access. As a merchant on our platform, you have the right to access, export, or delete your organization's data at any time. Customers interacting with our AI can also request data deletion via your restaurant's support channel, which we will process immediately.
