1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Order Genie's AI restaurant services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service. These terms apply to all merchants, users, and customers of the AI platform.
2Usage Rights & Restrictions
Order Genie grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for your restaurant's order management. You may not: (1) Reverse-engineer the AI models, (2) Resell the service without consent, or (3) Use the service for any illegal activities.
3Platform Availability
We strive to provide 24/7 service availability. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service during peak times or unexpected maintenance periods. Order Genie is not liable for any lost revenue during platform downtime.
4Service Responsibilities
The merchant is responsible for ensuring the AI is trained on the correct menu items and modifiers. Any errors in order processing due to incorrect menu data are the responsibility of the restaurant owner. Order Genie will provide support for POS and printer integration.
5Payments & Termination
Service fees are billed as per the agreed-upon plan. We reserve the right to terminate your account if payment is not received or if the Terms of Service are violated. You may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days' notice.
Fair Use & Transparency
Order Genie is built on trust and mutual success. These terms are designed to protect both the merchant and the platform.
